Public International Law
“When you have been treated unfairly, there is always a way to solve your problems.”
Dr Rutsel S.J. Martha

ABOUT US
We believe that public international law, when applied both creatively and effectively, may bring about positive results in all situations.
We strive to apply ourselves in such a manner, so as to support any client facing seemingly insurmountable circumstances when domestic remedies fail to satisfy.

The Legal Foundations of INTERPOL
The second edition of The Legal Foundations of INTERPOL was published by Hart Publishing. Congratulations to co-authors Rutsel Silvestre J. Martha, Courtney Grafton and Stephen Bailey.
The book is a study of the birth and development of an international organisation, and it situates INTERPOL's assistance to its members in the law of responsibility.
In his foreword, Judge Gaja of the International Court of Justice states that the book “provides an extraordinary wealth of materials, accompanied by a consistently clear analysis”. We hope readers agree.
